It’s just an example. Your own CV will be worded completely differently, and meticulously tailored for you, your personal circumstances and your executive goals.
We’ve also included other examples below if you prefer a more traditional format.
The example below is one-page in length, and increasingly our executive clients are requesting 1-page executive CVs. One-page CVs do stand out like no other, and they can be more effective in the executive job market. That said, it’s up to you, and we can create a more standard length if you prefer. Just let your consultant know your preference and we can oblige.

Everything we do, we do for good reason, and these tie in with research in the executive job market as well as sales and marketing principles. For example, it has great vertical and horizontal words-to-space ratios, and is great at getting sales messages across clearly, legibly and powerfully. In comparison, the vast majority of CVs that clients send us to fix are more cluttered and complex with poor legibility.

If you would like your CV in a different format then just send us the Word version and we can work to that for you. At the same time, we want your applications to be successful, and we wouldn’t be doing you any favours if we didn’t point out that most formats (including the vast majority of “flashy” formats) are not very conducive to selling candidates powerfully. There are always trade-offs and usually negative repercussions. While we can work with any format you provide, it’s likely that we’d have already rejected it in our tests.
